Repairs I made to stabilize ribbons on a headpiece from Torysky, Slovakia. This headpiece was worn by young women until their wedding day, where at midnight it would be replaced by a bonnet and kerchief. The headpiece is roughly 70 years old and has damage in various spots on the right silk ribbon. One particular area is badly damaged:
